Return Policy

Before returning any product, please contact Equipment Care to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please have the part number, invoice or order number, and reason for the return available when calling.

For the return to be accepted, the RMA number must be clearly printed on both the exterior of the returned shipping container and documentation accompanying the return.

Please return the part with your receipt and in new, uninstalled and resalable condition.

Returns are not permitted for electronic parts, special orders, or custom orders (any part requiring modification to meet customer specifications or part made specifically for a customer).

Equipment Care reserves the right to refuse delivery of any return without proper display of the RMA number.

Returns will be accepted and fees apply according to the schedules below.
